Permission Slips
Our troop has implemented a permission slip for troop related outings to ensure the safety of our scouts. Every scout is required to have the permission slip filled out with the appropriate consent signature(s) prior to the outing. Permission slips will usually be available to download on this page, and they will always be sent out in emails from the scoutmaster. Some permission slips are “pdf” files. Medical Form
Everyone participating in our camp outs must have a medical form on file with the Troop. Medical forms need to be updated annually. Unless otherwise noted, only sections A and B are required to be filled out. The form is available in our Resource Section.
